Kitchens and More NW began when two brothers combined their individual businesses to create one family-owned cabinet shop. Since 1989, Kitchens and More NW has been designing and building custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces, always with a focus on quality, precision, and lasting results.

Drew

CEO

Meet our CEO

AKA "The Cabinet Man," Drew has dedicated his career to helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces they can enjoy for years to come. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Drew got his start in the cabinet industry in 1976 and launched his own kitchen construction business in 1982 before establishing Kitchens and More NW in 1989. More than three decades later, the company continues to operate from the same Hillsboro location, serving homeowners throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Drew takes great pride in leading a family-owned and operated business built on quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and treating customers like neighbors. From handcrafted custom cabinetry to personalized service, initial design through installation, his goal has always been simple: build exceptional cabinets, stand behind the work, and take care of every customer along the way. And while cabinets have been his lifelong passion, those who know Drew will tell you that the only thing he loves more than building cabinets is spending time on the water fishing whenever the opportunity arises.

Get to know Scott

With a background in custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, residential construction, and media, Scott brings creativity and hands-on experience to his role as a Design Consultant and Media Operator at Kitchens and More NW. He enjoys the process of helping homeowners, taking time to explore the possibilities custom cabinetry offers in bringing their vision to life.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his son out in the fresh air – taking advantage of the outdoor adventures the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

With nearly two decades at Kitchens and More NW, Scott has worked his way through every part of the custom cabinet process—from assembly and finishing to design, installation, and everything in between. That hands-on experience gives him a deep understanding of how cabinetry comes together, allowing him to help guide homeowners toward a final product that truly reflects their vision.

As a Design Consultant, Scott enjoys working with people and dialing in the details that turn ideas into practical, custom solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and working on his own woodworking projects, continuing to create even in his free time.

Get to know BRYAN

A Hillsboro native and longtime member of the Kitchens and More NW family, Bryan has spent more than 30 years learning every aspect of the custom cabinet business. As our Production Manager, he plays a vital role in transforming design concepts into beautifully crafted cabinetry, working closely with our design consultants to ensure each project is both practical and true to our clients' vision.

Bryan's extensive hands-on experience, attention to detail, and thorough understanding of cabinet construction help keep projects running smoothly from the shop floor to final installation. When he's not overseeing production, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of the outdoors. A true craftsman at heart, he also enjoys wood turning – creating unique wood carvings and woodworking projects in his spare time.
